The elevator factory has hundreds of CNC machines, generated 10 tons of metal chips every day. And use the LTK briquetting system, chips be completed briquetting within 16 hours.
The fully automatic briquetting system consists of the following auxiliary equipment:
1. Automatic lifting and turning device (adaptable to all iron chip collection containers in the factory)
2. Metal chip shredder
3. Chip conveyor
4. Briquetting machine
5. Iron cake conveyor
The briquetting system can be started and stopped automatically.
The employee pushes the iron chip container into the lifting and turning device and presses the start button.
The machine starts running and the iron chips pass through the machine until they become iron cake.
